Privacy Policy

Fealty ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Privacy contact for all requests: support@fealty.club.

From Discord, when you sign in or use the bot: your Discord account id, username, avatar, and email; the ids, names, and settings of servers where Fealty is installed; and, if you grant the servers permission at sign-in, the list of servers you belong to, used only to show your communities in the dashboard.

When you link a wallet: the wallet's public address and the one-time verification signature. We never receive private keys, seed phrases, or funds.

If you connect an X account: your X account id and handle, OAuth tokens (stored encrypted), and engagement events on the specific project posts that quests verify (for example that an account liked or reposted a given post). We do not read your DMs or browsing on X.

Billing and product data: invoices, on-chain transaction hashes and payer addresses for payments to us, engagement usage records, and your points, XP, and levels per server. Technical data: server logs including IP addresses, kept short-term for security and debugging. Cookies: a session cookie keeps you signed in; there are no tracking or advertising cookies.

To provide the service you asked for (contract): operating the bot and dashboard, verifying holdings and granting roles, running quests and raffles, posting sales, and billing. With your consent: connecting your X account, which you can disconnect at any time. For our legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse (for example trial-credit farming or engagement manipulation), and understanding aggregate usage. To comply with legal obligations: accounting records and sanctions compliance. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell or share it with data brokers or ad networks, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Wallet addresses and their transactions are public and permanent on the blockchains themselves; we only read public chain data and cannot alter it. In our systems your address is linked to your Discord account, which makes it personal data in our hands and protected under this policy.

Fealty exchanges data with the platforms you connect yourself: Discord, to operate the bot and dashboard, and X, to verify quest engagement. Beyond that we use a small set of contracted service providers, by category: hosting and backup infrastructure in the European Union, networking and security services, and blockchain data providers that read public chain data. Providers process data only to deliver their service to us and may change over time; the current list is available at support@fealty.club. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a successor that continues operating Fealty, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Fealty is hosted in the European Union. Some providers operate from other countries, including the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request details of these safeguards at support@fealty.club.

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on account deletion. Server configuration is deleted when a server asks us to remove its data after the bot leaves. Wallet links and X connections are deleted when you unlink or disconnect them; X engagement records mirror X, so content that is deleted or un-liked on X is corrected or removed from our records promptly. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Logs are kept for a short rolling window. Encrypted backups expire on a fixed rotation schedule.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). X OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We request only the minimum Discord and X permissions the features need, and we never hold keys or funds by design. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

You can access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent (for example by disconnecting X) at any time. Unlinking wallets and disconnecting X are self-service in your profile; for anything else, email support@fealty.club and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by US state privacy laws; residents of those states may exercise their rights through the same contact.

Fealty is not directed at children under 13, and payment or wallet features require you to be 18 or the age of majority where you live. If we learn we hold data of a child under 13, we delete it.

We will post updates to this policy here and change the date above; for material changes we will give notice on the site or through the service before they take effect.
