How does verification stay accurate after someone sells?
Roles are re-derived from live on-chain holdings: real-time webhooks catch transfers as they happen, and a daily reconciliation sweep re-checks everyone. If a wallet is unlinked or emptied, the roles come off automatically.
Do you take custody or ask for transaction approvals?
Never. Linking a wallet is a one-time off-chain signature that proves ownership. Fealty cannot move funds and never asks for approvals.
How do engagement quests bill?
Reading engagers from X costs money at official API rates, so each server holds a prepaid engagement credit. Paid plans include a monthly allowance ($10 on Premium, $25 on Pro, $60 on Max) that renews with your subscription, and new servers start with a one-time $2 trial credit. Credit you buy yourself never expires. Every read is metered transparently on your dashboard, and quests pause instead of overspending.

Can members use Fealty without leaving Discord?
Yes. Verification, raffles, rank cards, and the leaderboard all work in Discord. The web hub mirrors it for members who prefer a browser, and the dashboard is where your team manages everything.
Are payments refundable?
Crypto payments are final and non-refundable. You never lose paid value though: switching plans converts your remaining time into the new plan by price, and an expired subscription gets a 7-day grace period before anything pauses. Fealty is non-custodial and can never move funds from your wallet.
