Terms of Service

Fealty ("Fealty", "we", "us") is a Discord bot and web dashboard for NFT communities: holder verification, reward economies, engagement quests, raffles and allowlists, and a live sales feed. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Fealty. You accept them by adding the bot to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, or using any part of the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use Fealty, and you must meet Discord's own terms to use Discord. To purchase a plan, buy credit, link a wallet, or connect an X account you must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live.

If you set up Fealty for a Discord server, you represent that you are authorized to act for that server or community and to bind it to these terms. You may not use Fealty if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where use of the service or payment in crypto assets is prohibited; you are responsible for compliance with your local law.

FEALTY IS NON-CUSTODIAL. LINKING A WALLET IS A ONE-TIME, OFF-CHAIN MESSAGE SIGNATURE THAT PROVES OWNERSHIP OF AN ADDRESS. WE NEVER ASK FOR TRANSACTION APPROVALS, NEVER HOLD OR TRANSFER FUNDS, NEVER RECEIVE PRIVATE KEYS OR SEED PHRASES, AND CANNOT INITIATE ANY TRANSACTION FROM YOUR WALLET.

Anyone asking you to share a seed phrase, approve a transaction, or "validate" your wallet in Fealty's name is a scammer. We will never contact you first to ask for a signature or payment.

Server owners and their teams decide how Fealty is configured: which collections are tracked, which roles are granted, and which quests and raffles run. Those decisions, the prizes offered, and compliance with local rules on promotions and giveaways are the community's responsibility, not ours. Members interact with communities at their own discretion; we are not a party to arrangements between users.

Plans are purchased per Discord server and prepaid in USDC on the supported networks shown at checkout. Each plan's features and limits are listed on the pricing page and enforced in the product. An invoice is created for the exact amount; your plan activates when the payment is confirmed on-chain, normally within minutes.

Blockchain payments are irreversible and have no chargebacks. Send the exact invoice amount, in USDC, on the invoice's network, from a wallet linked to your account; payments that arrive differently may not match automatically. If that happens, contact support with the transaction hash and we will locate and resolve the payment. Network fees are yours; taxes on your purchase are yours. USDC is a third-party stablecoin whose issuer and peg we do not control. We may refuse or hold payments from sanctioned or demonstrably high-risk addresses.

By creating an invoice and paying it you expressly request that the service begin immediately upon confirmation, and you acknowledge that once your prepaid term has been fully performed you lose any statutory right of withdrawal. Subject to the paragraph below, payments are final and non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived by contract. If you are an EU consumer and validly withdraw within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the part of the term that has not yet been performed on a pro-rata basis; engagement credit is consumed at the moment reads are performed and consumed credit is not refundable. Most Fealty customers purchase for the operation of a community or business, and by purchasing you confirm which capacity you act in if we ask.

You never lose paid value when changing plans: switching mid-term converts your remaining time into the new plan by price, in both directions. When a subscription ends it keeps working for a 7-day grace period; after that the server returns to the free tier, anything over the free limits pauses, and your configuration is kept and reactivates when you renew.

Reading engagement from X costs money at official X API rates, so each server holds a prepaid engagement credit denominated in USD. Paid plans include a monthly allowance that renews with the subscription, does not roll over, and ends when the subscription ends; credit you purchase yourself does not expire. Quests pause automatically when credit runs out.

Credit is closed-loop: it can only be spent inside Fealty, is not transferable between servers or people, is not redeemable for crypto assets or cash, earns nothing, and is not electronic money, a deposit, or an investment of any kind.

You agree not to:

(a) violate Discord's or X's terms through Fealty, or use Fealty to manipulate engagement metrics with bots, purchased interactions, or coordinated inauthentic activity; (b) farm trial credit or otherwise exploit promotions, bugs, or pricing errors (report billing or security bugs to support instead); (c) probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access accounts, servers, or data that are not yours; (d) use Fealty for scams, phishing, money laundering, or any illegal activity; (e) resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written consent. We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access for them.

Fealty, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us; these terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and no other rights. Names, artwork, and content that you or your community provide (for example collection names, quest text, or prize descriptions) remain yours; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display them solely to operate and improve the service, and you are responsible for having the rights to what you submit. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation.

If you believe content shown through Fealty infringes your copyright, email support@fealty.club with the material, its location, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief; we will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' access.

Fealty depends on Discord, X, public blockchains, and blockchain infrastructure providers. We do not control them; their outages, rate limits, or policy changes can affect features, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Fealty is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Discord, X, or any marketplace or NFT project shown in the service. NFTs and tokens displayed in Fealty are not our products; information in the service is provided for community purposes only and is not financial, investment, or legal advice.

You can stop using Fealty at any time by removing the bot from your server and, if you wish, requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or where required by law; prepaid amounts for a term we terminate without cause are refunded pro-rata. Sections 9, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ROLES OR DATA WILL ALWAYS BE CURRENT, OR THAT ANY BLOCKCHAIN OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM WILL OPERATE CORRECTLY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE AFFECTED SERVER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) 100 USD. THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.

If you use Fealty for a business or community you operate, you will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your content, your community's promotions or giveaways, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer law where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@fealty.club; most issues are resolved within days. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice on this site or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or addresses a security issue. Continuing to use Fealty after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service before that date.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor that continues operating Fealty, and will announce any such change. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Discord, X, blockchains, or hosting providers. These terms, the pricing page, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Fealty about the service.
